By the way, if you want to reproduce the bug you can try to configure a panel 
with a couple of buttons and a queue button. One of the queue members should be 
one of the displayed buttons. If you call the queue agent directly, no problem. 
However, if you call the queue, it blinks as well as the agent. If the caller 
hangs up immediately while blinking then you should notice that the queue 
member's button gets a color/alpha value which is not appropriate (usually too
