Problem with FOP seeing my extensions

Description

I upgraded FOP to latest version dated 2008-04-10 from asternic.org Which apparently addresses the Flash issue.

The problem is that I also overwrote my op_server.cfg file. I have edited according to the documentation with no joy, can you advise what I need to do to get FOP to see my extensions etc.
