Agent Login Status Not Clearing

When an agent logs in and "agent_status=1" (in op_server.cfg) and then the agent logs out the status is not cleared. That is, the button clid is set to "Idle" ("14|settext|Idle" - see attachment) even though the agent has logged out of the system. This also affects the MWI icon; voicemail messages are not counted. The MWI icon (voicemail message count) can only be fixed after the server is stopped and restarted.

UPDATE: The setting of "agent_status=0" (in op_server.cfg) does not fix the MWI icon. FOP still loses the ability to monitor the number of voicemail messages and even stops displaying the icon all together. Anytime an agent logs in or out, the MWI stops working on the button for that agent.
