Thx for your suggestion.

I have done amportal restart.
But I am not sure what to look for or test in the config files.
All calls are coming in fine.
Can you help me with some pointers or some ideas on what to look for /
how to test the configs.

it seems to me a matter of configurations.. i used to get such errors when 
one of my configs isn't compatable with FOP ..
my advice is to test your config files first .. kill the FOP proccess and 
then restart your fop
