Pick up the handset on 201 and see what happens.

Attempting to transfer a call by dragging simply drops the call.

Make sure that, when you're transferring a call, that you're pickup on the source of the call and not the call it's currently connected to. (i.e. call comes in on line 1, to extension 2, pick up line one and drop it off on the extension, not extension 2).
