Call Parking problems with 1.4.18 and 0.28 and SVN

Hi

I have what hopefully is a simple problem.

I have posted a chart of outcomes below

But basicly I cannot park the caller just the called.. This just doent
make sense as in 1.2 and 027 it worked as expected

Any Ideas ?
