64-bit working?

I'm not 100% sure but I think I'm having trouble getting FOP to work
with a 64-bit browser.  Specifically, I'm running the server on a 64-bit
CentOS machine and using a browser on my 64-bit Fedora workstation.  The
client connects then disconnects.  The server only seems to log the
connect then the disconnect and cleanup.  Beat my head against for a
couple hours.  Tried the SVN version.  No luck.  

Fired up a browser on a 32-bit Windows machine and it's working fine.  

Anybody seen this?
