R: [Flash Operator Panel] Inscrease the size of the panel

I am also trying to modify the number of buttons into panel.

The strange thing I see is this: If I put 
label_font_size=10

I see the full sip extension-name, eventually overriding the mail-phone
icons.

If I reduce the size of the font, let's say:
label_font_size=9

I see only a part of sip...

i.e. I see:

567 andrea lanza                using label_font_size=10
567 andrea                      using label_font_size=9

Why this occurs ? Is it tunable ?
