Nicolas,
Huh! The snapshot I am working with was downloaded on August 24, so it is
probably still fresh. The panel did not recognize a crash that occurred as
recently as yesterday.

Nicolas,
Sometimes asterisk will crash (unrelated to FOP). Asterisk may
restart automatically, but the button states are still up sometimes,
even though the channels that were up are now obviously dead. I'd
like a way to have op_server.pl determine if channels are still up,
or else detect a crash and react appropriately.
Yep, I once tried to implement that but it seems I abandoned the
task... I will try to implement that. Best regards,
Replying to myself, I tested and it works for me. Using svn. Believe it or
not I had a hard time trying to crash asterisk on purpose to see how FOP
behaves... I eventually find a way to crash it while running and FOP worked
ok... it sensed the disconnection, cleaned inmemory states, and then
reloaded the panel when asterisk was back up again. Brent, are you using the
latest snapshot?
