You should look at the asterisk logs or console to see where the 
redirect is sending the calls, it is probably sending them to: 1) an 
incorrect context, 2) a non existant extensions, 3) or maybe there are 
meetme problems. I have seen once a system refusing to accept meetme 
calls, I beleive because of no timing present (no ztdummy or zaptel 
card). In any case, the asterisk log or cli will help you find out the 
problem.
