Asterisk Crash - Reset Buttons (Feature Request)

Nicolas,

Sometimes asterisk will crash (unrelated to FOP).  Asterisk may restart
automatically, but the button states are still up sometimes, even though the
channels that were up are now obviously dead.  I'd like a way to have
op_server.pl determine if channels are still up, or else detect a crash and
react appropriately.
