Trixbox +FOP + call barge - help please

Hi all
I have some problems with FOP configuration and Trixbox server.
I have configured everything as is shown in documentation, but I still 
can not get call barge working.
When I try to connect an operator extensions to the extension which 
currently provide (by drag and drop) the callers are disconnected. The 
internal extensions hear "goodbye" and thats all.
I need it to monitor CC calls from internal extensions to  an external 
phone numbers.
Meetme extensions and rooms are configured ok and I can connect to them.
