Nicolas,

The SIP device I am trying to monitor has an entry in sip.conf on all the
servers, but is registered to only one at a time. Would the fact that the
SIP device is not registered to all of the servers break the wildcard
monitoring?

Have you tried with:

server=*

Are you using svn version?
