voicemail and dynamic conferences

When I click on the mwi icon to receive my messages, it'll connect, but then
it says the login is incorrect. I'm using the correct extension and
password, what could be happening? If I check from the phone, it works out
just fine.
Is there a way I could monitor dynamic conferences? I don't have rooms set
up for these conferences, but I'd still like to be able to see who is in
them.
