FOP buttons after Asterisk crash

Hi,
I am facing an issue with FOP. Everything is working fine until, for
some reason, my Asterisk crashes. After that, FOP shows all buttons
related to extensions that were in a call when Asterisk crashed in red,
giving an idea that all those extensions are still in a conversation,
but they are not. When I restart FOP server, this issue is resolved.
I have tested it in FOP 0.25 and FOP 0.27.
Is there anything to do to avoid it when Asterisk crashes, or whenever
Asterisk crashes, I need to restart FOP?
