FOP & CRM integration problem - popup window doesnt show on Linux machin

I have one problem yet.

When I test FOP functions on  Windows machine, everything works well
(msie/firefox)
When I test FOP functions on  Linux machine (firefox),  FOP works well too,
but popup windows doesnt show.

On Linux machine I use flash plugin: shockwave flash 9.0r31
and popup windows is not blocked

do You have any idea?
