Thanks Nicolas,

I tried changing the trunk name to [604XXXXXXX] but it didn't make a
difference. With an incoming call present I did a 'show channels' and it
gave me:

SIP/600-0984fe68 (None) Up Bridged
Call(SIP/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx-
SIP/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx-099 s@xxxxxxxxxx:10 Up Dial(SIP/600|30|tr)
2 active channels
1 active call

Where the xxx #'s are the IP of my SIP provider. Any other suggestions?

Your inbound call is not matching the sip peer definition, you should try hard to do it by modifying the sip.conf section. FOP matches on channel name, if the channel name is SIP/xxx.xxx.xxx.xx then the button should be [SIP/xxx.xxx.xxx] and not [SIP/providername].

Sometimes is dificult to match both inbound&outbound calls to the same peer definition, but it is possible. You will have to try. It is not a FOP issue but an asterisk config issue.

Best regards,
