I've just upgraded to asterisk 1.4, and had to move to the latest operator panel too.

the operator panel crashes like this:

                ** FIND_PANEL_BUT trying 0^_(IAX2|SIP)/ADAMGUNDY.*=2
                ** FIND_PANEL_BUT trying 0^SIP/MIKEMAIN

whenever a call comes in. we are using regex buttons for quite a lot of our extensions.

I tried this with both 0.27 and the current snapshot. looks like it has something to do with local channels too..
