Controlling Callfwd info from web as well as phone

Hi
The systems I deploy can set the callforward from a webpage as well as from
the handset.
I set the "led" colour and text when using the phone by way of a UserEvent
and the astdb.cfg, can this be set directly? from PHP if possible as this is
the way the page is coded.
