Not seeing caller-Id

Hi,

I have just installed the operator panel but am not seeing the caller id. I
just need to see the number, and I see it is passed in the op_server (at
least I see it appearing coming from asterisk), but for some reason it does
not get passed to the flash-panel.

Is there anything I should look out for to make this work ?
